Bernadette Willis, AKA Ms. B is the founder and Chief Empathy Officer of Empathy Empowers, a coaching company dedicated to helping families affected by addiction and alcoholism. Ms. B, our founder is a graduate of The Sage Colleges and a social worker by trade, with over 20 years of experience, she is deeply committed to teaching individuals how to navigate the challenges of addiction, setting healthy boundaries, and finding emotional healing. She brings a wealth of personal and professional insight to her work, as well as a strong sense of empathy. Her approach focuses on self-empowerment and emotional well-being, helping clients understand that while they cannot control the actions of their loved ones, they can control their own responses. 

As the leader of the company, Ms. B coordinates training, education, and mentor coaching, guiding clients through transformative processes in a compassionate and supportive manner. She is also a certified spiritual hypnotherapist and author, with additional experience as a speaker and podcast hostess. Ms. B’s mission is to create a world where empathy heals, empowering both individuals and families on their journeys toward growth and recovery.

In addition, her maternal and paternal lineage are Christian church founders, evangelists, and church mothers. She is also a certified spiritual hypnotherapist through Neoshi Hypno & Soul Healing.
